Blah....

They took Rhett back about 20 min ago. I hate the surgical waiting room. My stomach is constanty in my throat when I am in here. Everytime I smell it, it makes me want to throw up.

I know today is a simple procedure. But truth be told, simple proceudres for us have led to some pretty damn scary events.

I let myself be cautiously optimistic that he will do well, but I think deep down I am always preparing myself for something to go wrong.

I felt awful tricking him into going for a wagon ride, which was a wagon ride that led him to the OR. He took his monkey blanket in with him, and was talking to it as he walked down the hall.

"Uhnkey, we go bye bye. I cry Uhnkey? No Uhnkey, no eat."

I had to sneak away at that point becuase I knew that he wasn't watching me.

He's so cute I could just eat him up.<--Insert happy mom sigh here.

Before he went in, we had a little fun in our pre-op room. I got a FLIP video camera, and I am having alot of fun using it. Have you seen the FLIP's? Do you like them? I don't want to toot my own horn or anything, but we will be giving away a FLIP camcorder right here on this very blog in March. But until then, we have all sorts of other fun things to do.

~Okay, so why didn't any of you tell me that I accidently downloaded Andy's work stuff. That's what I get for using his laptop.... **BLUSH**
