Hoodies are dangerous. They can get caught in sliding doors at the grocery store when you have an unstable toddler, which can result in near strangulation.
If you have toddlers, PLEASE PLEASE be careful if they are wearing a hoodie.
All he did was slip as the door opened and fell into it.
He's okay, just a little afraid of doors now.

we had a similar incident with Ben, although he actually did strangle himself and had to be ressucitated! He's now fine, but it was a traumatic thing, and we very nearly lost him.
One cannot be too careful with anything that can go round their little necks. You never know what can happen...

I wanted to comment on the post before this one. Ask for a new therapist you have the right too and you have other therapist in your district. I am not happy with mariah's therapist she does not know how to work with preschoolers and she doesn't listen to me at all. and my pediatrician said to me that we are the biggest teachers to our children listen to the professional and take what you think will work with your child and don't believe everything they say is set in stone. Rhett will learn more from you then anyone else But, do ask for a new therapist.

As a precaution, I have heard it is good to remove all drawstrings from hoodies and jackets. I didn't think much about it until now. Glad Rhett is ok.

Poor little guy! I am so glad that he is doing okay though. Looks like some nasty little marks on his neck but hey at least it was not worst than that.
You are on brave woman taking a toddler to the store with you, for they can find more things to shop for. LOL!
